Is the address registered with your card provider (bank) correct? I work for a bank, and sometimes the security check can be postcode etc, if it differs they will decline payment.

Yes the address is correct too, everything is correct and I've triple checked it all now

Anyone else finding M & S procedures a bit strange to say the least. I have placed several orders (thanks to all OPs) and decided to email to ask if some small orders which din't really justify the delivery charges could be amalgamated. No prolem and 5 were added together. Yesterday I asked if the same could be done and was told its not possible to do this but I could have a £5 credit towards any future orders. Very odd.
