You have already made your purchase once its in your basket but using iclick you can add to it or change the order. I had put in my basket the ear-rings before trying it so once I had added the glasses and shakers I removed the ear-rings.

poet, you click on iclick I think? Thats what I did anyway but I'm sure someone more used to it will be able to explain better.

Best way is experiment by putting something in your basket then instead of check out click the iclick button and it goes to your orders straight away and you get the option to continue shopping and a time limit.

A reply to my query regarding the lovely £9.50 sofa I ordered....

I've looked into your query and this items isn't a sofa. I'm also unable to view it online but I was informed that it's a home accessory. The parcel has been dispatched so may I ask that you return it to us in order to receive a refund.

• You could refuse delivery, the items will be returned to us and we'll refund your card.
• You can return any of the items to one of our stores for a refund or an exchange please take with you your parcel summary document).
• You can return any of the items by Royal Mail using the pre-paid postage label on your parcel summary. The parcel will be received by us in 10-14 working days and this is when a refund will be made to your card.


Nevermind - may just see what it is anyway... could be worth a fortune! (or not!)

Warning re - 1-click!!!!!!!!! The item I think stays available on the system until your 90 minutes is up so anything you 'buy' is still available to everyone else too!

From recent experience anything I bought with 1-click says due 26th feb (and I fear will never turn up!) anything bought normally says due 15th Jan.

Can someone confirm 100% if this is the case?
