A bit of news...

I've just phoned customer services to see if my p+p charges can be reduced due to multiple orders.

- many items that I've ordered have gone (they are confirmed once at dispatch and payment is taken). So you won't actually know until later, even if you check you account, that you actually have the goods
- the very nice lady wiped all p+p costs off
- the very nice lady gave me a £5 credit (for up to 6 months) for the inconvenience
- very nice lady tip: she said when placing an order add a quantity of 20. Then if you get a message saying there is only 2 or 3 in stock the chances are you ain't going to get it. If it accepts a high number, reduce the quantity in your basket and you should be ok.

you can try one click ordering, order one item using this method then you have 90 minutes to carry on adding to that one order using 1 click method
