My response from M and S is that my order was short of items (no cancellation recived just not what I had ordered) as items were out of stock. Rubbish as items were still in stock by many items. I have since placed another order today to cover the missing items and I have had full confirmation of this order some for next week and some for February but the response is that orders can not be merged (i now have 4 ) and last lot was due to them messing up 3rd order and they will not refund delivery. I am emailing them back as their system changed my order so I think one lot of delivery charges should be waived :rolleyes:
