I'm pretty sure I've got it running on Windows 7 64 Bit at home.
No mention on Adobe's site of different versions for 32 Bit and 64 Bit either
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
EDIT: Just found a bit of info that clarifies it

It's OK on 64 Bit systems if you have a 32 Bit browserIt's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends

Flash player isn't supported in a 64 bit browser on a 64 bit OS - but it is in a 32 bit browser on a 64 bit OS. Is this Vista or 7.0

On Windows 7 with the Internet Explorer that fires up when you click on the icon, Flash DOES install. Doesn't say if its the 64bit one in the "About" file.0

The default shortcut isn't for the 64 bit version, so it's more than likely you're just using the standard 32 bit one?0 -
You could try the Flash 10.1 beta 2

See if that makes any diffrence.Laters

What hardware are you running on? I've recently encountered lockup issues playing flash content on a new Dell laptop running 64 bit Windows 7.
Most attempts to open flash content (go to the flashplayer site, or youtube & play a video etc) results in the browser hanging. This happens with both IE8 and Firefox.
I did try the beta versions of flashplayer but all without success.
On this particular laptop, sound is uses the IDT chipset. Disabling the IDT codec 'playback device' (right click on speaker in the system track and go into the 'playback devices') allowed the content to at least play without sound, but at least it did not crash. Posts on Dell boards have also recommended uninstalling these drivers and using the generic Windows drivers instead.0 -

On 64-bit Windows platforms, you can use a 32-bit browser and the 32-bit Flash player. A functional 64-bit Flash player is already available for Linux and Solaris platforms - see the following link:
