Protein bars can be really expensive. A whey protein shake can work out as cheap as 30p a shake. You'll be hard pressed to find a protein bar for that price even buying in bulk.
What is your target Jemima, and what fitness level are you at?
To be honest, walking 2 miles at a steady pace, isn't that effective. You'd be much better of with HIIT training. If you are able to run, then do some fast for a minute, then walk or job at a slower pace for a minute. Repeat 5 times or more if you can. By raising your heat rate then lowering it frequently is alot more beneficial. And it can even cut your work out time by a half or more.0 -
