Personally I think you should be fine. Miniscule difference in speed for the 2 processors, so you should be fine.Have a look at the chart

Should be fine with the graphics card, IIRC, that card is AGP8x and there ain't that many cards about now since PCIe has taken over for a few years.0 -
The difference between the processors is 100!

Seriously the 1900 and 2000 refer to the speed of the processor so a AMD 2000 will be roughly 5% faster than a 1900. It's not much of a difference.
If you go to this site http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/srtest/ you can check if your system can run a game and what areas are letting you down. It's my problem, it's my problem

You may get away with upgrading the graphics by itself, it would take the burden off the cpu to a degree. You need to watch what you get though.
I suspect you existing PC uses AGP graphics cards and most new ones are PCIe cards. Look out for a second hand x600/700 AGP card on ebay or newer don't bother trying to stay with the 9*** generation of cards.
Just make sure you check what your PC takes first.New PV club member. 3.99kW system. Solar Edge with 14 x 285W JA Solar panels. 55° West from south and 35° pitch.0
