Need Delivery of 6FT x 6FT LAP PANEL - Garden Fencing

I need just one 6FT Lap Panel to be delivered home so that i can carry out some repairs.
The Panel is approx £13 but the likes of B&Q and Home Base want £20 for delivery when i inquire instore. This is absolutely silly for delivery when i am just 4 miles from the store.
B&Q also do not sell it online. I have checked out a few sites via google but they are all comming up as a minimum of 7 panels before they can deliver.
Is there any sensible way i can get this delivered.
I live in the Camberley, Surrey area... If anybody has a pick up or a truck i would be happy to give you £7 to £10 to help me with delivering this from B&W or Focus, ect to my Home.
Hope this is okay to post here. If not please let me know and i shall ammend it.

Have you got a local diy/hardware shop? Only in my area the local diy shop is not only much cheaper than places like B&Q but deliver any amount of stuff for a flat payment of £5.
May just be worth ringing around to see if you can find somewhere offering such a service. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
