I would advise you to buy a full birth certificate (was £3.50 2 years ago) as i think you have to send the ORIGINAL birth certificate to CB, also it is more expensive if you want to buy one at a later date.:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0

Thanks everyone! I found the forms online not long after posting so that's one less thing to worry about. When we had #1 we got the forms in the Bounty pack but obv. not going to be at hospital and need the birth certificate anyway.
I can't remember so can someone remind me if I need another birth certificate to update our tax credits? I'm just trying to work out the logistics if we do, I really can't remember, DD#1 is 2.5 yrs and it all seems to have gone by in a blur!
