Are you definitely sure that the child is yours? Did you get a DNA test done when she originally made the claim 11 years ago?
There's many a man been caught by thinking the baby is theirs after a one night stand and it turns out not to be0 -

Very much true but that isn't helping OnlyHope just now he can go for the DNA test later .
Also on the MEF(Maintenance enquiry form) was the assumed parentage box ticked ???? .Something your data protection files would flag up0 -

Only Hope
I would call them right now and ask to nogatiate the arrears and if the officer refuses ask for a supervisor .If they have taken this long to calculate an assesment then they should be lenient .
What other correspondance have you had from them over the years ?0 -
I only had the initial maintenance request about 11 years ago. I have not heard from them until now.0

which absolutely confirms it is a CS1 case I'm afraid.0

So if i'm correct in reading you were only liable from MAY this year at £460 pm and they are charging you £820 per month for the next 10 months (460pm + 360 PM arrears)
I'd phone them just now to clarify it over the phone as it is not when they write you it is when the PWC contacts them .By that sort of calculation you must be on at least £40k (not prying) Also is the pwc on benefits ?0
