Animated Avatar...help!

You will see my avatar is of a wee beasty...it is meant to run around the little box but doesn't!
How do i get an animated avatar to work? I have tried linking directly to web page I have caved to my PC and then copied from my PC and nothing works.

Looks like a jpeg.
Very small file also for animation, in bytes rather than kb.0 -

All avatars have to be 14kb or less.
That one I made I had to strip out some frames to make it just less than 14kb.0 -

New animated avatars were disabled for a while when they upgraded the software for the forums but should be okay now.

Tried linking to Photobucket tells me file invalid. can anyone point me to an avatar they knows works so I can try that?0
