Capital One online banking glitch?

Hi all,
just wondered if anyone has had trouble with Capital One online banking. I have a Capital One Classic card (The nasty 34.5% APR one), with £100 limit. So basicly, I've only used it 3 times this month- topping up my oyster card, paying my mobile phone bill and a xmas present.
I got abit of a shock when I checked online just now, it says I got a £49.31 balance! I manually added up my transactions (£5.00+£13.99+£19.02) and that comes to £38.01. Not sure where the £11.30 has come from, and I havn't used the card at all since the xmas present purchase.
Anyone had any exprerience like this, or should I ring them up about this?
