Hi, last December, I signed up for one of the RS from Abbey. I´ve been paying GBP 250 into the account since then. I made 12 payments of 250 only to realise that I needed to make 13 payments rather than 12. Yes, my fault, I had forgotten about the T&Cs. I am not sure!
My last Abbey monthly saver matured on December 1st and I asked in branch and made 3 calls to them and no one knew when the funds would be available, I was even told they were allowed 5 days to add the interest after the 1st. The interest was added on close of business on 1st, but that was a Monday, so may be available Saturday the 2nd, who knows, this is Abbey we are dealing with!
