Just a quick question - everytime i log into egg.com my aol has to restart. Just wondering if anyone else had this if there is anything I can do.

    It's quite simple really, AOL is your ISP but that does not mean that you have to use their software. Use another browser and your problems will disappear!

    Just seemed a bit strange tbh that it only happens with the egg site - wondered if there was a probem.

    Yes the problem is with the AOL browser. You don't need to have any AOL software on your computer to use their ISP.

    i refuse to use AOL software. its not just bad, its dire. saying that, AOL itself is what could only be described as $h!t. a nice pppoe shortcut on my desktop and all is good

    Cant give any techie advice, Nelski, but I use Egg through AOL and have no problems.

    Does it happen if you launch IE and use that whilst online with AOL?
