I've decided that I'd bank my collection on Saturday, so it might gain a few pennies of interest between now and the end of the year. I also think it's a good way to get a few back into circulation, so they can be collected again. Pot emptied and £132 banked :j


Been shopping yesterday and found another 4 so my pot is off to a good start at re-filling the pot £8 in the pot.

Hi,

I'm a newbie so this is the first post that I have ever made on MSE Forum - very excited!

Please could you sign me up for the £2 challenge as thought it would be a nice one to start on. I have never saved before and thought it was about time that I started! 2010 sounded like a nice round number to start on!

I have a lonely little £2 coin to start my fund so fingers crossed there will be many more to come.

P.S. As this is all new to me does anyone know how to get the signature thing on the bottom where you list which challenges you are doing and how you are getting on? Cheers x

I seem to have hit a dry spell lots of 50p and £1 coins though...shame I'm not saving those! lol
