Q14. Have found references to both Hammersmith and Lewisham. VH played Lewisham on 27/05/78 and Hammersmith on 01+10+11+12/06/78 - all supporting Black Sabbath. DLR quite probably said it at both places, as he is also reported to have said it at other UK towns. More sources quote Lewisham, and as Hammersmith is technically "Hammersmith and Fulham", I would go with Lewisham.0

I think you're right - googled pizzorno and nottingham forest and there are more likely results than pizzorno and leicester city
