Talktalk call divert

Apologies if this has been posted before but does anyone know the situation regarding call diversion with talktalk (option 3 international calls included package)? If you divert to a landline is there a charge, or indeed can you divert to an international number by putting in the 18418 number in the diversion code?
I can't work out from the t&c's what happens. If they do charge how much would it be (to a landline, and to an international landline)

11.1 Eligible Calls on all TalkTalk tariffs between Active Customers shall not be charged for the first 180 minutes of each call (“Free Calls”). Thereafter standard TalkTalk rates (charged in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10) on the relevant tariff will apply for all minutes (or part minutes) in excess of 180 minutes.

11.5 Free Calls are only available for voice (not Data or Internet) calls and cannot be used for calls made to premium rate, international, mobile, 0870 or 0845 numbers or in conjunction with a call divert facility.0 -
Eligible calls on TT tariffs will be reduced from 180 minutes to 70 minutes from 10th July 2006.See EdinburghLass post no 13 in this thread.

The question still remains though, do diverted calls get charged? (ie the bit of the call from my number to the landline I want it diverted to)0

Somehow, I can't imagine Mr. Dunstone not charging you. In fact, why shouldn't he?Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

From the T&C's extract above, it seems that they do charge for call diverts, just as they do for 0845, 0870 and premium rate numbers. As the guy at TalkTalk said to me "Basically, with Call Divert, you pay the charge for the call to the diverted number on behalf of the caller. The caller pays for the call to your landline. It's just that you pay that for the diverted portion of the call at TalkTalk rates."
Hope that helps.
Cheers and take care.

Talk3 International is for people who are always on the phone to the UK and beyond, giving you an unlimited number of inclusive local and national landline calls 2 and unlimited anytime international calls to the 28 mainland countries 3 in the EU, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. Just dial 18418 before the international number. Call any time, day or night, up to 70 minutes without charge. If you want to talk more just hang up and dial again. Like all of our plans, Talk3 International is structured in the same way as the BT equivalent, making it easy for you to compare prices.
This is from the TT website. I've just signed up for the TT service because of this offer. I understand that if you use the prefix the international call is free (and there's no charge for using the prefix) as long as it's a country covered by the offer and the call is less than 70 mins.0 -
Also, do be aware that the Talk 3 International plan also includes free calls to US and Canadian mobiles. This is also mentioned on their website, but not right up front.
Calls to toll-free numbers in the foreign countries are also free. Had this confirmed a couple of times yesterday. Youmay get a message saying that you will be billed at international rates for the call, for example, if calling US 800 numbers, but this is a message on their end and you will NOT be billed.
Cheers and take care.
