Things at home are ok, know that they will get worse before they finally get better....

Just withdrawn £10 from Virgin..didn't think you could do that on the free scratches but it said it was authorise, will wait and see if it ever gets to my account!

Have a feeling work will be dire today, but shall take a book to read! Oh well better get ready

Nothing much planned for the weekend - usual stuff....skiing, football matches, more skiing, housework, washing, coffee, more coffee etc!

Am quite tired today, so will just see how things pan out - if the sun comes out at all this weekend, I will go out for a walk or something, but at the moment, it is very grey and fairly wet, so I have no urgent desire to go far.

No jaffa cakes - but plenty of coffee. WW is going well - day 4 and I am in control Sardines on toast for lunch, and chicken and noodles for dinner this evening.

When you are up to driving again, I visted a fab place in Elveden last weekend.......we can meet there for a catch up, as its about half way between the two of us I reckon.

that would be brill hon!! hopefully a couple of weeks. I'm over to elveden at the beginning of april as m,d,sis, bil and kids are there for the weekend (I could only afford a day! ) but april is far too far off!!

On the main road there is the entrance to a farm shop and deli, fabulous cafe, and a couple of really nice shops. Just Norwich side of the traffic lights. Does really nice food at a reasonable (ish) price
