We were there last Oct half term and it was mostly lovely! proper crisp sunny autumn weather (only a few rain showers,and pretty cold at nigth but the heating was good in the mobile home)

Maybe you could try adding on extra days direct with the park? Thinking of taking your advice and taking car on eurotunnel using tesco vouchers.
We will be there at the same time as you - will have to look out for you!

I have a bonus token that came with my prority form information booklet that I'm happy to post out first class tomorrow to the first person who PM's me with their name & address.

It can only be used by first time bookers using the newpaper booking form & tokens, but means you can send your form off a day early as you need 1 less token.

I was lucky & got my first choice of park when I booked my first Sun holiday years ago using the paper tokens, so don't be put off applying thinking you won't get anything. It is worth doing! We wouldn't go on holiday if it wasn't for these offers

yeah hopefully,but might go and stay with the inlaws after Disney anyway ,so no big deal

Eurotunnel is fab,wouldn't pay fullprice mind you :rotfl: but with deals it's great

woo hoo, thanks everyone, got mine booked.
i added on the extra £ for the luxury upgrade... I was in such a rush I'm not quite sure what this actually bought me. Can a kind soul point me in the direction of the general upgrade info as opposed to site specific upgrades? The haven website as a whole raft of upgrades and I'm a bit confused :-(
