Gas Oven won't heat - help please

Hi,
Our gas oven was working last night, but when we went to do the tea tonight the oven lights okay, but the burner just stays on low. The grill and hob burners are working fine, so there is no problem with gas pressure. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Our oven went the same way early in the year and it was a safety device that failed. It detects the pilot light and then allows he main gas to switch through. Although cheap to buy, £60, it can be very expensive to get a registered gas engineer to replace. We ended up buying a new oven.
Dark in here, is't it...0
