I've been following your thread to remove spyware - I'm at the stage 2) downloading the lavasoft and I have a meesage which states that a third party firewall has been found and they strongly recommend me to uninstall it before installing this one. What do I do.
I am a real newbie to all this and I am following this thread to the letter please can someone help me to sort it
