    Ooh hello, didnt realise you were still here or I wouldnt have dared be so cheeky ;)

    Seriously though, paying for the car tax from saved money is great :j. Dont know why, but it's the thing I find easiest to save for. Having naughtily put this years' insurance on the Barclaycard - I'm now saving up to pay for next years in one go.

    I really dont know why I didnt think of living like this 20 years ago - I would have saved myself so much grief :doh:.

    Seeing as we're both single, renting & unlikely to ever go cold turkey on shoes ( just bought a fab pair of brand new red patent ones on ebay :shhh:-have to confess on your thread - as I've closed mine down we'll just have to keep eachother company a bit longer :D.

    My aim is to get all the bills into a budget so I dont have those nasty shocks but then to seriously enjoy myself with what's left.

    Thanks girls - don't ever dessert me! Don't think I could cope if everybody gets too sensible and stops buying fabulous shoes :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I bought a swimsuit shoesy. I started the 50 day challenge from MG's thread today and I have put a goal on there about excercising...so I'll have to do it!

    Busy week at work so only managed the gym once :o but have lost 2lbs so an OK start to the diet

    Friends coming over tonight and going out for a meal so am currentlly cleaning and tidying - then off to have my nails done. I feel the need for scarlet :D
