    Debt-free and Proud!
Take head of your own advice missy and don't be so hard on yourself. In the meantime get some of that suck it all in underwear. Ok, you might not be able to breath, and don't leave a trip to the loo, to the 'I'm desperate' stage, but it does wonders for your self confidence, and the diet will work out, it's bound to be hard to start off with. Like the debt, don't expect instant results.

    Have a fab time.

    xx

Had no internet since I got back on Saturday  and realised I spend far too much time on here :o

    I must make better use of my time! Things I should be doing;
    • exercising
    • reading
    • keeping touch with friends
    • keeping my apartment tidy
    • getting enough sleep
    • socialising more
Will keep updating my diary and chatting on here but I really need to make more of my life - some of the people on here really put me to shame with what they fit into their lives, and what they achieve :D

Am not focusing too much on debt at the moment, am happy to let it tick over decreasing slowly, and have a bit of fun :)

    Hello lovely,

glad you're ok & your plans sounds very healthy to me, too much time sat in front of a screen is not good.

By the way you'll be sooooo proud of me :

I wore my new shoes to work today & managed to get through a whole day in 3 inch heels without falling over :D. 2 guys said how lovely they were :) & the boss asked if I would walk on his back in them

Happy new life :j, but dont leave us forever :(

Phew :j I have you to thank for my sunday night goddessing routine & new Life Skill of wearing heels during the day (when sober) :A.

I quite agree about letting the debt tick over, since we had those few sunny days I've realized just how desperately I do want to shed at least a stone, the thought of only wearing one layer when it gets hot is now scaring me .

I'm off to wallow in the bath with some bubbles & a book :D

Was out for work on Tuesday and out with friends on Wednesday so feel I have done more this week

Diet has not been good though, with 2 meals out :o but I did feel ill yesterday and hardly ate anything so maybe things will even out!

Managed one exercise session - better than nothing!

Have a quiet weekend (I'm skint until payday on Wednesday :() so plan to catch up on some chores, some reading, some goddessing and some exercising :D
