Hey honey, i know i've not posted for a while but I have been lurking & rooting for you. I felt flat as a pancake yesterday but made myself do 20 minutes on the bike at the gym - I truly was buzzing & felt great afterwards. Do a gentle little & then get an early night, I'm sure you'll feel better after :)

    Hi

What does Weight loss: 3/9 lbs mean? Is it 3lbs this week and 9 lbs overall?

From 1 January this year my target was to lose 10kg in 100 days (I like easy numbers - every tenth of a kg is 1% and every day is also 1%).

After a great start, motivation is slipping :(. I've lost 66% of my target but used up 75% of the time . With 3.4kg to go and just 25 days I need to lose just over 2lbs per week.

I desparately need some warm weather to get the bike out. Till then, it's back to the treadmill.

    Good work sg.

    GG
