I had some risotto leftover from yesterday and am now going to put on The Wire that I got from Lovefilm.
I got this months Glamour too - it has a free hair product (can choose from shampoo, conditioner or some kind of treatment thing).

Now I have to pay the bills
And feed my interiors addiction0 -
I have Glamour on subscription (free with Nectar points
) - I got the conditioner too :j

Been having a little think while I was on the treadmill! I have decided that I need to stop focusing on my weight, expecting to be thin in a week
and then going on a big binge
:o
So, new plan is:- 3 sensible meals a day
- avoid snacking/extras
- exercise 3 times a week
- get enough sleep
- make an effort to look groomed every day - not wait until I've lost weight
- try to lose a 1lb per week - but at least never gain!

That sounds like a plan, print out and stick it everywhere
In your bedroom - to encourage sleep
On your make up bag - to encourage pampering
In the car - to encourage going the gym
On the fridge - to encourage sensible eating
On your purse - to encourage debt busting
I now what you mean, my head is full of stuff as my house is topsy-turvey due to all the decorating, so all the mess stops me doing stuff and lack of will power. I really have to motivate myself to get things done, mainly due to the mess greets me as soon as I come through the front door each evening
But I will get there and I love the fact that it is sunny today and getting lighter each night, darkness makes me want to hide under the blanket on the sofaMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

Thanks Radish :A
Completely agree about the darkness thing - as it is so bright and sunny here today it was actually easier to go to the gym. And now, on a weekday if I am organsied, I can leave work in daylight which again makes it easier to do stuff in the eveningSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

Hello,
sounds like you've had a very positive day. I agree with all that
Radish says, particularly the bright sunny vs gloomy dark situation.
Great plan & perfectly feasible too.
Havent had sunday roast for ages0
