£9.50 Sun Holidays 2010

Hi all, I'm new to the Sun Holidays having not done one for years.
I have a question I'm sure someone can give me the answer to.
We would like to go to one park only but can put down 5 different dates. Would our application be accepted/considered or would it be rejected for only putting one park down? It does say try and put 4 or 5 but it's not 100% clear. In the past I have got a Sun holiday by only putting one park but that was in 2003. I would appreciate your comments. Thanks.
You can put just one park down but if they have no vacancies during the weeks you are available then you won't get a place. If they have a vacancy you will.0 -

I'm new to these holidays, but really like holidays!
They advertise £9.50 per person, per break, but there only seem to be 5 parks where you actually get that. I intend to use the parks as a base more than anything and the entertainment/clubroom passes really add to the cost. Can I just say no to the entertainment/clubcard passes? They often add £5 or more to the price per person. If we were, however, to change our minds and want to use the entertainment etc, can we find a way to do so on site?
Thanks in advance!0 -

Most parks charge a cleaning/electricity fee on top of the £9.50 that is not optional but the entertainment passes are usually optional, not sure whether you can add them on later you would probably need to phone the park in question direct to ask.
As I can only go school holidays these breaks are much cheaper than booking direct but if you can go outside school hols its always worth checking prices direct.0 -
You don't have to buy the passes but you won't be able to use the entertainment facilities on site if you don't have them. Some sites don't always check your passes for the nighttime entertainment but all the ones I've been to do require them for the swimming pool. I think you can purchase the passes once you get there but I'd give whichever site you choose a ring to make sure.
You don't need to pay for linen either, you can take your use own but we always just pay as our own would take up too much space in the car.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0 -
