Hi all,
Im a N Ireland money saver and I just can't afford to buy a property here, i've been looking at apartments in Budapest and im interested in buying a city centre apartment for around £60,000.
Has anybody any experience of buyimg property here, any advice on what to look out for or areas to avoid?

Yeah it would be buy to let, ive read that it is easy enough to find tenants but id be interested to know if anybody has any first hand knowledge.
Also is it easy enough to get a morgage for buying propertie abroad, im a first time buyer.0
