Yay Yay Yay!!!!!:j:j:j
I was reclaiming my charges back against Santander (my £315 debt) and they refused to pay back.
I took this to FOS and just received a letter saying that they have agreed to pay me the full amount of £223.69 (including interest at the contractual rate of 29%!!!:T)
I have to accept this which I will do gladly, and have paid another £15 off which means that my debt should now be around £70!!!! I know its cheating a little bit but I'm so glad that this will finally be cleared!
Can I now add £500 off my barclays card to be cleared by the end of the 100 days???
That should total £570 to be paid off, but so so so happy today - please if anyone has got late charges, reclaim reclaim reclaim its made my day!!!! :rotfl:
