Gas & Electric Meter Moved

Well after much searching I have found the website for my electric meter to be moved.

It is the second from last under Application Forms.
Cost quoted as £552.98 Underground feed up to 1 meter, each additional meter is £69.49 for concrete, £42,09 for turf and £77.32 for any other type.
Next I need to track down GAS, 0870 9039999.
