Anyone had their 4th statement increase recently mine is due in a couple of weeks and hoping for a good increase. Have used my £200 each month and sailed near my limit but never over and cleared in full all but one month left £40 and paid £2.99 interest never late.

Hoping for a minimum £500 but £1100 would be nice.

I would say £400 been honest, I had a start of £1k and they gave me a £1.5k limit, but I had an account with them before .
  • Sorry for hijacking this thread, but does anyone have contact details for Capital One? I require an address to write to regarding a complaint but not one of the PO box addy's?

Most people I have spoken have said they went from £200 to £500 is quite common. One person said they wnet from 200 to £1100.

You could try writing to their registered office address, though this may not be where they are physically based.
Capital One Bank (Europe) plc : Registered office 350 Euston Road, London NW1 3JJ
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
