Hi,
I have just received an offer of 0% interest on cash transfer into my cuurent a/c at 4% fee until October 2010 from Virgin. My limit is 3400 and I want to use 2000 of that for something urgent. How do I go about it?

You can either do it via your cards online banking website, or just give customer services a call... they'll tell you it'll take about 5 days: In practice it's nearer 3.0

Ring them up and agree to it. They'll send it. They might have a clever phone number thing on the letter or the back of your card.0
