Just so show that spell checkers aren't ALWAYS right

Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

Eye strike a quay and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It chose me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye kin put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.

Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased two no
Its letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

    Your grammar/syntax checker needs a good look at though.

    As a fellow pedant, you should know that it's postitively frowned upon to finish a sentence with an adverb.
  • I once handed a report in that had the words '@ss' and 'Git' in it for the reason mentioned above. :(

    Yes, spell checkers can't easily distinguish homophones.

    It was meant as an amusing post rather than a 'discuss the merits and downfalls of spell checkers'...lol.
