Leaving Negative Feedback

Can someone please tell me how i leave negative feedback, i opened up a case for non payment, the person hasnt been in touch or payed for the item, so ive now closed the case but cant leave negative feedback to warn others, any help please, by the way the only options i have are positive feedback or ill leave feedback later. Thanx in advance

You cant leave negative feedback for buyers (havent been able to for 2 years I think) If youve done a NPB they should have a strike which is more effective anyway as with 2 as most sellers have there preferences set to exclude buyers with 2 they cant buy anything.
Negs for buyers were innefectual anyway as unless you say by each one of your sales checking everyones feedback and cancelling bids its pointless also never stopped people sniping0 -
