Should help, there is usually a compulsory excess for inexperienced drivers of any age, possibly £4-500 so check that when comparing, also Fiestas come in numerous engine variations, so worth checking HERE for insurance groups, the higher the group the more expensive the insurance.
Definately worth checking the increase when he passes, as Lee said Quinn have a reputation for bumping the price right up. The comparison sites are good for playing around with quotes.0
