    Exactly, Chrysalis, not that I would go for Lloyds' debt services... It is just a case of I cant get a cashback credit card even though I have been playing fair and square.

    what about getting it based on how you behaved with your current bank? not just on the fact that if you dont have a DEBT history then it is as bad as not being reponsible with it...

    I am sure 3rd party credit companies were giving out credit before the "credit check" became fashion, probably needed more human manpower to do it thats all.
