Air Comet + Barclaycard Query

Hi...
Hope this is posted in the right place!
I am in Buenos Aires and on the 17th December booked with a local travel agent 2 flights and accommodation to Madrid flying with Air Comet... The following Monday Air Comet had all of it's flights grounded.
The travel agent says he can give us a refund that will take 20-25 days. By this time I will be in Bolivia and not have access to my statement to see if the refund has taken place.. So I would rather claim the money back via Barclaycard for obvious reasons. I spoke to Barclaycard today and they said they can only process the dispute by posting me a form to my home address or by me printing off the form and posting it to them... Both pretty useless options seeing as I am in Argentina and the post here isn't particularly efficient.
Additional info: The merchant on the statement is Border Crossings, not Air Comet (that's not the name of the Travel Agent.
I've been told that I can cancel the payment within 2 weeks of the transaction but can't find any more information on this.
So I guess my question is should I ask the travel agent for a refund, hope for the best and fill out the dispute forms when I return to the UK in March if it's refunded in full, or at all?
Is there no quicker way to get this resolved?
Hope this is clear.
Thanks in advance.

If you paid by Barclaycard, you should inform them that the supplier (airline) has failed to provide a service as the flights were cancelled due to the weather conditions and you would like a refund.
Barclaycard should give you a refund and then sort the rest out with the supplier themselves.0 -
Sorry, I didn't make it clear... The company have had ALL of it's flights grounded and it has collapsed owing millions, the Spanish government suspended it's flying license.0

No ideas on how so resolve this sooner than waiting until March and filling out the dispute forms?
I forgot to mention that I have checked out the form online and there isn't even an option that fits my issue.0
