    Keep at them over the bank charges as they will pay up. I found it helpful as it gave me something to focus on while I was sorting out all my other finances.

  • congrats!! lightandtheendofthetunnel and make sure you claim those charges back. I did it for my son who had had halifax bank charges of £307 and that was just in the space of 3.5 months and we got it all back, so go for it girl!!!
