Updated, sorry it was late, having issues like said above, unfortunately 3 people have now tried to figure out how to add an extra line without losing the background and no-one can seem to figure it?
We did manage to do it before when peeps were added , but now it doesn't seem as straightforward, hence nanny2die4 has been added at the end, if anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated xxx

Toniq, I could add the extra line and not lose the background, but you had to change the background colours.

I will do in my version of excel and send it to you, hopefully you can open it and save as 2007. xx
