    Where are you seeing that? I've never been sent anything from them - I dont get a statement or anything!

    I had to look at my emails - they sent one email on 1st October to notify of changes to T&C. All the banks were making changes then to do with some European law. I had not even bothered to look at it till now :-)

    well I called them and they told me to email - which I have now done. I'll let you know how I get on. I'v also mentioned the conflicting information on the website and said that I dont mind keeping an account just not a fixed term one, we'll see what they say!
