Leaky freezer...

Ever since we moved house (couple of years back), our frost free fridge freezer sometimes leaks quite a large puddle, probably when it does its frost free thing. I'm guessing it got a bash in removal as there's a loose bit of white plastic just above floor level at the front too.
Any suggestions on if/where I can get someone to fix it ?

Ours has the loose bit of plastic you're talking about, not sure what purpose it serves apart from falling off any annoying me.
Have a look at the back of the freezer to see if any pipes have come off / loose. If I remember correctly our frost free one has some kind of reservoir in a back panel which must be part of the frost free system. If a pipe has been knocked off it might explain the leak.0 -
Many thanks. Once we've got through the Xmas stockpile I'll try moving it and having a look !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
