I used mine to make a huge pan of soup then froze it in smaller portions ready for when i'm back to work nice easy lunches, still got stock from the carcass just froze it as stock for pies risotto etc0

I'm just doing a huge pot of turkey stew using my jellied stock + the remaining gravy + the giblet stock. It looks good and smells amazing...0

I didnt have this probelm , it was fine , i added turkey juices and a glass of wine and then reduced it down , it was delishI made a gravy before Christmas after watching it done on Jamie Oliver and froze it ready for the big day. Before I froze it it was yummy but I couldn't even bring myself to let people try it it looked like slime and tasted as bad. First try and last I think I had to grab the bisto quick goodness knows what I did wrong

Gravy - I did Nigella's Turkey Gravy adding the blitzed up liver at the end with a splash of Marsala - very tasty.
The remaining juices and giblet stock I've just used to make a very tasty Turkey and ham pie.
