my boyfriend recons ive already had his p60 and he and the agency wont give another one. will the agency provide another. im really worried

with an agency i'm not quite sure... but my company sed theyd already sent mine out too but it must hav been misplaced at work somehwere... neway i rang up the payroll dept at the headoffice n they sed they cud only send a photocopy of 1.... which is fine too.. cos u dont actually hav to send nethin in to the tax credit ppl... i just told em the amount over the fone... n if u do need the P60 for nethin else most places do accept a photocopy0

Employers are not allowed to issue duplicate P60s.
