By mistake, basically as I bought in China, and can't read Chinese, I bought a couple of VCDs, that I can only play on the PC.
They are good, but is there any way I can Burn these to Audio CD?

You can play VCD's on some DVD players
I presume even if you burn a VCD onto a Audio CD it will still be a VCD unless I am missing the point unless you are just trying to take the audio from the disc and not the video content0 -
If you are just after the audio, try recording it with audacity, then burn to CD.
