For the last 24 hours, ive not been able to get subtitles on my sky box, ive unplugged it and switched back on, left it off for a bit, tried everything but they just wont come on at all!

17 year old rock God is playing guitar, so I have subtitles on at moment with no problems.
I know you can reset the box but cant remember how, something about pressing buttons on box while switching off at wall.
Maybe google will help0
