Hi all,
hope you all had a good xmas!
could anyone please explain to me what is meant by reclaiming contractual rate interest on creditcard charges and how this differs from the statutory court rate?
cheers,
Neil.

Statutory rate is 8%, Contractual rate can be anything upto 34.9% - excluding the extreme sub prime lenders. No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
