Blocking mobile calls from a BT home line.

I am in shock.
I've just checked my BT recent usage (something I should have done ages ago) and found my son has run up £217 worth of calls to mobile numbers in just a couple of months.
Is there any way to block calls to mobiles from a BT home line?
The ideal would be a pin number that we could use if his dad and I wanted to call a mobile but that he didn't know, so that he can't just run up bills on our behalf.
Argh. So fed up, as he has the use of my mobile which has a calls allowance of 1500 minutes a month for the £30 I pay, so none of this needed to have happened.

ring BT, I know my dad requested a mobile bar on his Post Office account, and they offered him 1 of 2 types of Barr, 1 that was a total barr on Mobile calls (which was because my mum kept going over the 1 hour time limit for free mobile calls at weekends instead of hanging up and redialling), and the other was a PIN activated Barr
no harm in asking!
ps: the mobile call barr is off now cos my dad bought her a timer set to 1 hour intervals with an alarm that goes off every hour

Skint, but I have a plan.... an MSE Plan!!!0 -
BT Call Barring is £30 a year. (£2.50 a month) The Commtel solution will be cheaper.0

Tell him you are taking his pocket money/birthday money etc. until it is paid back? Get him a pay as you go mobile and he is responsible for the top ups? Obviously dependent on him realising that he is being unreasonable!0
