just a quick update applied for charges and ppi back about a month a go got a partial refund of charges but got a letter saying i had signed for ppi so no refund was due so wrote back on 15 dec saying i dont agree with this and you did not send my original cca when applied for.This morning received letter saying cant find your agreement so ppi will be refunded in full leaving me a balance of £45 .Do you think i should go for a full refund of charges or be happy with all i have got back already.The original balance was £1400

So by agreeing to this, you will just be left with paying off £45?

I think it sounds good and then it will be something that can be paid off.

However, it is entirely up to you, or wait for other opinions on this as well.;)
