Play.com

My family treated me to an Xbox 360 for my 30th birthday this week (big kid I know) and guess what? It died the day after I got it (sob)! Microsoft were pretty useless and, whilst acknowledging the fact that this piece of 300 quid hardware was as dead as a dodo, all they could offer was a 'repair' (for a 1 day old piece of state of the art gadget!). Hats off to play.com who arranged for a courier to collect the unit (and the opened accessories I bought with it) and for a full refund. Sadly they did sound quite well versed in the 'returning Xbox 360' process' but full marks to them for their great customer service (especially Sam) and Microsoft could do with learning a thing or too from these guys, keep up the good work!
