Yes, she took off the 30% on the other items while I was on the phone but she had to go away and talk to a supervisor before she did it, as she wasn't sure that the 30% applied to all items. I told her that it did as I got to all the stuff I bought via the 30% link.

Confusion seemed to reign quite honestly but I got there in the end! She agreed with me that the website was very confusing and the invoice doesn't make it clear at all!!

I would check all your orders - in case 30% has only been take off some of your purchases....................
