The wine seems a good deal 12 bottles for about £36 of rose and many other kinds for less! Making them £3 a bottle instead of £4.49 :-)

This morning, I ordered a pair of shoes, 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels and a top (all sale items) and the extra 30% discount was only taken from the towels. I hadn't realised this until I reviewed my order this afternoon.

I called M and S to query this and they were very aplogetic and took the extra 30% from the other items.

Just watch out for this, as the lady I spoke to on the phone said that there seemed to be a glitch in the system!

I ordered the blue Collezione suit jacket. At present they only have the jackets in stock but as I had ordered both jacket and trousers I thought that I would see what discount I got. For some reason it took the discount twice and so rather than £70, the jacket came out at £26.51. I'm hoping the trousers arrive because then I can take back the original £70 jacket and will have a bargain suit!

Thanks for pointing this out, have just checked my order from this morning and I too have only received the extra discount on certain items so have emailed them.

Is there a code for the 30% as i cant see things in my basket being reduced??

Once you go to the final page it takes off the discount

When you go to checkout the 30% is taken off automatically on the final page before you submit the order.

I had the same problem, very disappointed. I rung customer services and they were trying to fob me off saying that the underwear was on 3 for £10. I pointed out to the assistant that the website said 30% off extra on all items.... she then said that she couldn't change the amount and that she will change it when the order will go out.

Also, very reduced in items. I ordered very early and in matter of minutes all went.
Rosieprinrose, did the assitant deduced the 30% straight away? Thanks.
